Combo 1 is 3D printed accessory parts: 2 spare road wheel, 2 spare tank treads, and 3 modern (U.S. style) jerry cans. (Photo below left)
Combo 2 is 3D printed accessory parts: extended bustle rack, 1 ice chest, 1 water cooler, and 2 50 cal. ammo crates.

The following list of
modifications was made to my Heng Long M1A2 1/16 scale
tank. Some or all of these modifications may work on
other manufacture's tanks as well, but should be
verified by the builder.

The 3D parts that are referenced in these videos are available from my store "Lew's Model Boats" on Shapeways' web site. Currently, these parts are the only ones in existance (that I know of) in 1/16 scale which should make it easier for the M1A2 1/16 scale model tank owner to upgrade resulting in much greater detail.
