PT Gunboat Sound (simulated)
Using available sounds, I merged them into one sound file (video wi th actual photos) as follows:
 
1. Basic PT boat engine sound starting at an idle up to full speed.

2. Two 40mm Bofors sound files.  Created two files so guns had a slghtly diferent sound and sequencing of firing.

3. Four (broadside) 50 cal. machine gun sound files.  Created four files so guns had a slightly diferent sound and sequencing of firing.

4. Multiple different explosion sounds near the end.

With all that done, you hear the gunboat go on attack. First an idle (low speed) sound, then the throttle picks up. Next the 40's kick in followed by the 50's. The"action" is about under two minutes for a fast in and out attack.  At the end is one last explosion is heard as the boat breaks off the attack.
